Our goal is to provide each PACE North participant with expert, individualized care to help them live safely in the community. The PACE North team, along with our contracted providers, offers an alternative to nursing home placement that features comprehensive, coordinated care for each participant's medical, social and physical needs, while also providing peace of mind for family caregivers.
