Participant Purpose Fund

Sometimes, the little things make the biggest difference.  Our Participant Purpose Fund helps meet special needs that fall outside of services covered by PACE.  Through the generosity of individuals, families and community partners, this fund provides additional support that can bring comfort, dignity, independence, and joy to the older adults we serve.
