Employee Referral Bonus Program

PACE North is looking to recruit mission driven people and we have found that "word of mouth" referral is the best way to attract qualified candidates.  If you know someone who would be a positive addition to our team, please encourage them to submit an online application.

If the candidate you've referred is hired and remains employed, you will receive a $800 bonus award for Registered Nurses and a  $300 bonus award for all other positions, after 180 days (6 months) from their date of hire.

Referral Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a current PACE North employee to be eligible for the referral bonus program
• A Referral Bonus Form must be submitted to Human Resources prior to the individual applying
• A referred candidate must apply within 3 months from when the referral form was received
• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only employee eligible for a bonus award
• The referred employee must successfully complete 180 days of active employment
• You must still be employed after the hired candidate's first 180 days of employment in order to receive the award bonus
• Supervisors to whom a candidate will report to are excluded from receiving a bonus award
• Human Resources staff and Directors are excluded from receiving a bonus award

Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for a position will be considered.  All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with PACE North policies and procedures and in accordance with all state and federal employment laws.  All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
